糖尿病视网膜病变血浆与房水中血小板源性生长因子B含量的相关研究

摘　　要：目的：检测2型糖尿病患者血浆及房水中血小板源性生长因子B（platelet-derivedgrowthfactor-B,PDGF-B）的含量,并探讨其临床意义。方法：采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定2型糖尿病患者组和正常对照组血浆和房水中PDGF-B的含量。结果：在房水中,PDGF-B无糖尿病性视网膜病变（NDR）组含量为（408.84±51.73）pg/mL,单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变（BDR）组含量为（493.02±69.07）pg/mL,增殖型糖尿病性视网膜病变（PDR）组含量为（688.69±60.03）pg/mL,对照组含量为（321.39±30.7）pg/mL。实验组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。在血浆中,NDR组含量为76.13（60.34-91.41）pg/mL,BDR组含量为77.46（56.77-95.73）pg/mL,PDR组含量为97.08（85.22-135.04）pg/mL,对照组为69.23（58.56-80.69）pg/mL。实验组血浆中PDGF-B与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。用直线相关分析,各实验组房水与血浆中PDGF-B无相关性（P〉0．05）．房水中PDGF-B含量与病变严重程度有相关性（r=0．908，P〈0．01）。结论：糖尿病患者房水中PDGF—B水平升高，并且与病变严重程度相关。糖尿病患者血浆中的PDGF-B水平与病变严重程度和房水中PDGF-B含量均无相关性。Objective：To detect the level of the platelet-derived growth factor-B （PDGF-B） in the plasma and aqueous humor in patients with diabetic retinopathy（DR） and to discuss its clinical significance. Methods：The concentrations of PDGF-B in plasma and aqueous humor in DR and normal group were detected by ELISA. Results：The PDGF-B level in the aqueous humor was（408. 84±51.73）pg/mL in non-DR group, （493.02±69.07）pg/mL in simple diabetic retinopathy （simple DR group）, （688. 69260. 03）pg/mL in proliferative DR group, and （321. 394-30. 7）pg/mL in normal control group. There was a significant difference between the normal control group and experiment groups （P 〈 0.01 ） . The PDGF-B level in the plasma was 76. 13（60. 34-91.41）pg/mL in non-DR group, 77.46（56.77-95.73） pg/mL in simple DR group,97.08（85. 22- 135. 04） pg/mL in proliferative DR group, and 69. 23 （58. 56 - 80. 69） pg/mL in normal control group. There was a significant difference between the normal and experiment groups （P 〈 0.01）. The PDGF-B level of the plasma and aqueous humor showed no correlation among experiment groups （P 〉0.05）, but a significant correlation with the DR severity （r = 0. 908,P 〈 0.01） . Conclusion：The PDGF-B level in the aqueous humor in patients with DR is higher than that in the normal persons, and is significantly correlated with the severity of DR. The PDGF-B level in the plasma in patients with DR isn＇t correlated with the DR severity or the PDGF-B level in aqueous humor.
