神经肌肉放松训练对慢性乙型肝炎患者心理及肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨神经肌肉放松训练对慢性乙型肝炎患者心理健康及肝功能的影响。方法184例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规抗病毒、护肝及对症的药物治疗;观察组在常规药物治疗基础上进行神经肌肉放松训练。分别于治疗前、治疗6个月后进行症状评定量表(SCL-90)测定和肝功能检测。结果治疗前2组患者肝功能、SCL-90总分及各因子分比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组SCL-90总分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁及敌对因子分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、血清胆碱酯酶较对照组降低,血清白蛋白较对照组升高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经肌肉放松训练可有效改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理健康水平和肝功能。Objective To investigate the effect of progressive muscle relaxation training on the psychological health level and liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods One hundred and eighty-four patients with chronic hepatitis B were voluntarily divided into control group and progressive muscle relaxation training group. The patients in both groups received routine medication, besides those in the progressive muscle relaxation training group were treated with progressive muscle relaxation training. All the patients were evaluated with Symptom Check List-90 （SCL-90） and were tested liver function before and six months after progressive muscle relaxation training. Results There were no significant difference in liver function and the scores of SCL-90 between two groups before progressive muscle relaxation training（ P 〉 0.05 ） ;The scores of somatization, compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility in SCL-90 after treatment were obviously decreased in the experiment group （P 〈 0. 05 ）;The two groups showed significant difference in alanine amiotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase,albumin and acetylcholine esterase （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Progressive muscle relaxation training can effectively improve the level of psychological health and liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
