枸杞降脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝合并高尿酸血症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察枸杞降脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)合并高尿酸血症(HUA)的有效性。方法将80例患者分为两组,治疗组40例,予以中药枸杞降脂方,水煎服;对照组40例,予以口服血脂康胶囊。8周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察两组患者服药前后临床症状;血清ALT、AST、γ-GT、TC、TG、UA值;B超检查。结果治疗组的总体疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组在B超改善及临床症状改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清尿酸明显降低(P<0.01),对照组无明显降低(P>0.05),治疗组在降低血清尿酸方面优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清ALT、AST、γ-GT、TC、TG值均明显降低(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论枸杞降脂方是治疗NAFLD合并HUA的有效复方制剂。Objective To observe the effects of wolfberry regulating liquid prescription which could treat non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD） complicated with hyperuricaemia（HUA）.Methods 80 patients were divide into 2 groups： In treatment group,40 patients which were applied to wolfberry regulating liquid prescription by herbal decoction,and in control group,40 patients which were applied to xuezhikang capsules by per os and 8 weeks was a course of treatment.Two groups were continuously treated two course of treatment.Therapeutic evaluation was to research clinical symptoms and ALT,AST,γ-GT,TC,TG and UA in serum and B-ultrasonic examination about before and after treatment.Results The whole medical effects of treatment group was better than that in control groups（P0.01）;clinical symptoms improvement and results of B-ultrasonic examination of treatment group was better than that in control group（P0.05）;serum uric acid level of treatment group was better than that in control group（P0.05）;ALT,AST,γ-GT,TC and TG in serum of two groups were all decreaseed（P0.05）,but there was no significant difference in two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Wolfberry regulating liquid prescription is a effective compound preparations which can treat non-alcoholic fatty liver disease combined with hyperuricaemia.
