摘　　要：针对视频序列中运动目标提出了一种新的检测方法.该方法先通过对帧差信息进行方差分析构建背景模型,再将运动区域与构建的背景模型拟合,提取出运动目标.实验结果表明,提取出的运动目标清晰,能够满足实时性视频监控应用的要求.The moving object monitoring in video surreillanle was analyzed and, a new method of moving object detecting was presented. At first, by analyzing variance of the frame difference information, the model of background was built. Then moving area was compared to background to locate moving object. The results showed that the proposed method can achieve clear objects and meet the needs of the real time video surveillance and monitoring system.
