宁夏栽培甘草质量分析的研究

摘　　要：目的考察宁夏栽培甘草的质量。方法对不同产区、不同生长期(月份)、不同生长年限的栽培甘草进行质量考察,对2-4年生栽培甘草与野生品的甘草酸、甘草苷、总黄酮进行比较分析。结果3年生甘草含甘草酸、甘草苷、总黄酮高于2年生,4年生高于3年生。结论规范化种植3年及3年以上的甘草可达到《中国药典》规定的指标,宁夏栽培甘草的最佳采挖期为10月中、下旬。Objective To evaluate the quality of cultivated licorice in Ningxia.Methods The quality of cultivated licorice from different areas,growth period（month） and growth years were analyzed.And the cultivated licorice and wild licorice between tow and five years old including glycyrrhizic acid,glycyrrhizin and total flavonoids were also analyzed.Results The contents of glycyrrhizic acid,glycyrrhizin and total flavonoids in licorice of three years old were higher than the ones of two years old,and the ones of four years were higher than the ones of three years old.Conclusion The licorice of normalized cultivation more than three years can reach the indexes defined in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The best time for digging out cultivated licorice in Ningxia is the last fifteen days on October.
