摘 要:为了实现风力发电机3个桨叶的独立控制,依据风力机空气动力学原理、风轮扫及面内风速风切特性和塔影效应,提出了基于桨叶方位角信号的多段权系数分配独立变桨距控制方法.根据每个桨叶的方位角信号判断出该桨叶所在的风速区域,选取此区域所对应的相关权系数对3个桨叶统一的桨距角进行重新分配微调,将统一变化的桨距角转化为每个桨叶独立变化的桨距角.系统模型仿真结果表明,该方法不仅可以使3个桨叶桨距角能根据其受风情况做出相应变化,实现3个桨叶独立变桨,在稳定输出功率的同时减小桨叶拍打振动,而且能够根据简化的风力机模型进行变桨控制,方法简洁、有效、容易实现.In order to realize the individual control for three pitchs of wind turbine, the multi-stage weight number assignment variable-pitch control strategy based on the azimuth angle signal of the pitch was proposed according to the aerodynamics principle, wind shear characteristic and tower shadow effect. The control strategy can figure out the wind speed region according to the azimuth angle signal of individual pitch. The related weight number was selected, and the unitive pitch angle of three pitchs was redistributed using the weight number. Then the unitive pitch angle was transformed into the individual variable pitch angle. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can ensure the pitch angle to change with the wind speed and to realize the individual variation of three pitchs. The output power is stable, and the flapw/se fluctuation of the pitchs gets reduced at the same time. The present method can realize the variable pitch control based on the simplified wind turbine model. It is comparatively simple, effective and easier to achieve.
