摘 要:为了优化不锈钢焊接工艺,提高焊接质量,减少不锈钢焊接缺陷,在对奥氏体不锈钢进行钨极氩弧焊时外加纵向磁场,焊后对焊接试样进行弯曲和拉伸试验,并采用电子显微镜对焊接接头进行显微组织分析.研究了外加磁场的磁场参数(磁场电流和磁场频率)对不锈钢焊接接头力学性能的影响规律和磁场频率的作用规律.试验结果表明,外加纵向磁场通过电磁搅拌作用改变了晶粒的结晶方向,使晶粒细化;焊接接头的力学性能随磁场的频率变化而变化,在磁场电流为1A、磁场频率为20Hz时,电磁搅拌达到最佳效果,提高了焊接接头的综合力学性能.In order to optimize the welding procedure of stainless steel, improve the welding quality and reduce the welding defect, the longitudinal magnetic field was introduced during the welding of austenitic stainless steel with GTAW. After GTAW with magnetic field, the influence of the magnetic field parameters including the magnetic field current and frequency on the properties of the welding joint was investigated by performing the bend and tensile tests. In addition, the microstructure of the welding joint was observed using electron microscope. The action mechanism of magnetic field was also analyzed. The results show that the crystallization orientation of grains has been changed by the longitudinal magnetic field, and the grains get refined. The properties of the welding joint vary with the magnetic field frequency. The optimal electromagnetic stirring effect can be achieved when the magnetic field current is 1 A and the magnetic field frequency is 20 Hz. Thus, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the welding joint get improved.
