摘  要:为改善光栅传感器输出原始信号的质量,增强其实用性,提出将乘法倍频与锁相细分技术相结合的方法.通过理论分析与实验仿真,证明了该方法对光栅传感器输出信号幅值不等、正交性不好等问题的改善.将该方法应用到磨床测控系统中,并利用可编程逻辑器件对系统进行集成化设计,通过软硬件的有机结合,达到了磨削精度高、集成度高、系统可靠性好的效果,实现了磨床测控系统的数字化控制,具有一定的实际应用价值.In order to improve the quality of the grating senor output signal and enhance its practicability, the method combining the frequency multiplication with the phase-locking subdivision technology was presented. Through both theoretical analysis and experimental simulation, it is proved that the present method can improve the orthogonality and equiamplitude ability of the grating senor output signal. The method can be applied to the grinder measure and control system which is designed to be integrated with ISP technology. By means of the organic combination of the hardware and software, the system exhibits the high grinding precision, high integration degree and good reliability. It can realize the digital control of the grinder measure and control system and has the practical application value
