摘 要:为准确确定Q460等边单角钢压杆的极限承载力,需正确分析板件宽厚比超限引起的局部屈曲的影响.通过与美国相关规范的对比分析及试验研究,发现我国《钢结构设计规范》关于宽厚比限值的规定合理,但未给出超出限值后的折减公式;《架空送电线路杆塔结构设计技术规定》对热轧角钢宽厚比限值和压杆稳定强度折减系数的规定不合理,未考虑长细比的影响,使结果过于保守,且对不同长细比构件安全裕度不均衡.在相关规范和试验统计结果的基础上,总结出了适合于计算考虑局部屈曲的等边角钢压杆承载力方法,该方法公式简单、概念清楚、结果合理,适合设计使用.To determine precisely the bearing capacity of the Q460 single equal-angle steel strut, the local buckling caused by the overrun of width-thickness ratio should be correctly analyzed. The comparison between the related Chinese and American standards as well as the experimental investigation were conducted. It is found that the formulae stipulated by Chinese Code for design of steel structures about width-thickness ratio limit is reasonable, but the code doesn' t give the reduction formulae when this limit is overrun. And there is unreasonable something in Chinese Technical Regulation of Design for Tower and Pole Structures of Overhead Transmission Line about the width-thickness ratio limit of hot-rolled angle steel and the strength reduction factor of strut. Thus, the calculated results are too conservative and lack the balanced safety factor for the struts with different slenderness ratio. Accordingly, the methods and formulae suitable for calculating the bearing capacity of single equal-angle steel strut with considering local buckling were summarized based on the related standards and experimental results. With simple formulae, clear concept and reasonable results, this method is suitable for applying in design.
