针向迎随补泻法初探

摘　　要：本文对迎随补泻法的来源和针向迎随补泻法的产生进行了考证，继而对针刺补泻的实质和针向迎随补泻法的本质进行了探讨，认为针向迎随补泻法所描述的具体操作方法既不符合《内经》关于“迎随”的本意，也不太符合现代针灸临床与科研的客观事实或指标。The author made a study on the origin of along-against-channel reinforcing and reducing methods and the coming into being of needle direction along-against-channel reinforcing and reducing methods and presents a discussion on the nature of reinforcing and reducing methods in acupuncture and the nature of needle direction along-against-channel reinforcing and reducing methods.the author believes that the manipulations described in needle direction alon-against-channel reinforcing and reducing methods are not consistent with both the original meaning of “along and against the channel”described in Conon of Medicine and the present conditions in modern clinical practice and research in acupuncture.Therefore,it is inappropriate to replace along-against-channel reinforcing and reducing methods with needle direction along-against-needle reinforcing and reducing methods.
