摘　　要：结合教学实践,分析了目前《集成光电子器件》这门专业课教学中存在的问题,从教学内容、教学时间安排、教学方法和考核方式几方面提出了一些改革思路,以改善教学效果,提高学生的创新意识和综合素质。Combining with the teaching practice of ＂Integrated Optcelectronic Devices＂, some probtems existing in the teaching of this specialty course are analyzed. In order to improve the teaching effect, innovative consciousness and comprehensive quality, some reform exploration in the aspects of teaching content, teaching time, teaching method, and exam mode are proposed.
