摘　　要：《图书馆工作与研究》系图书馆学综合性学术核心期刊,由天津市图书馆学会、天津图书馆等单位联合主办。1979年创刊以来,以其务实、创新的办刊理念,鲜明的办刊特色,博得众多学者的青睐,并已成为广大学者的重要文献参考资源。本文通过清华同方中国优秀博、硕士学位论文全文数据库,对《图书馆工作与研究》被学位论文引用的情况进行检索统计,并略加分析。The ＂library works and study＂ is a comprehensive core academic journal of librarianship,which is jointly organized by the association of Tianjin library,Tianjin city Library and other units.Since founded in 1979,with its practical,innovative and distinctive feature,the journal attracts many readers and authors,and now it becomes many scholars＇ important reference resources.In this paper,the author gets a statistics data and does a brief analysis of the journal through its citation by dissertations and thesis from the database of Tsinghua Tongfang.
