术中即时扩张在急诊皮肤软组织缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探索术中即时扩张技术在急诊皮肤软组织缺损修复中应用的可行性。方法:笔者对86例急诊皮肤软组织缺损(缺损面积在3cm×4cm～12cm×8cm)的患者,采取该技术进行术中即时扩张,一期修复皮肤软组织缺损。结果:本组86例患者,应用该技术均一次性达到了修复目的,术后随访6个月～3年,所有患者局部皮肤色泽及厚薄与周围正常皮肤一致,瘢痕不明显。结论:术中即时扩张技术可以运用于皮肤软组织缺损的修复。它是一种简单、安全而行之有效的治疗方法,可以运用于临床,尤其在基层医院。Objective To explore the expansion of intraoperative real-time technology in the emergency department skin and soft tissue defects in the use of feasibility. Methods We have 86 cases of acute skin and soft tissue defects,defect area of 3cm × 4cm-12cm × 8cm between the patient and take the technology to conduct real-time intraoperative expansion, a repair of skin and soft tissue defect. Results 86 patients,using this technology have reached a fixed onetime purpose,patients were followed up 6 months to 3 years, all patients local skin color and thickness consistent with the surrounding normal skin,scarring is not obvious. Conclusion Intraoperative real-time expansion of technology can be applied to skin and soft tissue defects. It is a simple, safe and effective treatment can be applied to clinical, especially in the primary hospital.
