鼻侧腱膜固定法在先天性小眼症内眦赘皮矫正中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻侧腱膜固定法在先天性小眼症内眦赘皮矫正中的临床应用效果。方法:2007年1月至2009年1月,采用鼻侧腱膜固定法矫正内眦赘皮联合上睑下垂矫正术,矫治先天性小眼症16例。16例均行鼻侧腱膜固定法矫正内眦赘皮,以及上睑提肌悬吊术或额肌悬吊术矫正上睑下垂,其中5例联合行外眦开大成形术。结果:术后内眦赘皮消失,睑裂横径、纵径和内眦间距增大,重睑线自然美观。术后获随访3月～2年,效果良好。结论:进行鼻侧腱膜固定法矫正先天性小眼症中的反向内眦赘皮,术后瘢痕少恢复好,效果确切。Objective To explore the clinical effect of aplicating fixation of lateral nasal aponeurosis to correct epicanthus for congenital blepharophimosis syndrome. Methods From January 2007 to January 2009, 16 patients （32 sides） with congenital blepharophimosis syndrome were treated,16 patients underwent medial canthoplasty with fixation of latefal nasal aponeurosis and btepharoptosis correction with frontalis suspension or suspension of levator palpebrae superioris,and 5 patients were also given lateral canthoplasty at one-stage. Results The post operative transverse dimension and vertical dimension of the palpebral tissue and the inter canthal distance became lager.The supratarsal fold in the upperlicl was natural. With a follow up of 3 months to 2 years,all patients were satisfied with their results. Conclusion Aplicating fixation of lateral nasal aponeurosis to correct epicanthus for congenital blepharophimosis syndrome can achieve good result for blepharophimosis syndrome with lesser tissue damage,faster recovery and more favorable postoperative formation.
