摘 要:目的:研究针刺足三里对紫外线照射引起的无毛小鼠皮肤光老化模型皮肤组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响。方法:实验选取2月龄健康昆明种无毛小鼠32只,雌雄各半,体重18~22g。随机分成4组:正常对照组、模型组、针刺组、电针组,每组8只。用紫外线灯管模拟紫外线照射,造成无毛小鼠皮肤光老化,造模同时针刺小鼠足三里,采用生化分析方法测定SOD活性及MDA含量。结果:与对照组比较,模型组无毛小鼠皮肤组织SOD活性明显降低(P<0.01),MDA含量明显增加(P<0.05);与模型组比较,针刺组和电针组对SOD活性有提高作用(P<0.05),并可降低MDA含量(P<0.01)。结论:针刺足三里对紫外线照射引起的无毛小鼠皮肤光老化具有保护作用。其机制可能是:一方面足三里本身具有清除自由基的作用;另一方面可以通过提高SOD活力来达到抗氧化的目的,从而达到抗皮肤光老化的目的。Objective To investigate acusing Zusanli acupoint influence on the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) in the skin of hireless photoageing mice as well as the activity of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) in their skin. Methods Healthy KM hireless mice were divided into four groups randomly and gavaged respectively, that is negative Control Group (A),Model Group (B),needling group(C), electroacupuncture group(D),The mice in B,C,D group were irradiated to simulate skin photoageing by long-term ultraviolet irradiation, at the same time ,the C,D group were acupunctured in Zusanli acupoint. While the changes of the contents of Malondialdehyde,as well as the activity of Superoxide Dismutase were measured by biochemical test method in each group of the experiment. Results Compared with the group A, In model group ,the activity of SOD was decreased (P〈0.01) ,while the content of the MDA was increased seriously (P〈 0.05). Compared with the group B, The contents of MDA in dermal in group C and D had difference with that in group B ,the activity of SOD in dermal in group C and D was increased (P〈0.05),while the content of MDA was reduced (P〈 0.01). Conclusions Acusing Zusanli acupoint has the protective effect on the skin of the photoageing hairless mice. The mechanism may be that on one hand, Zusanli acupoint could eliminate free radicals itself, on the other hand, by increasing the activity of SOD, it could inhibit the oxidative damages of ultraviolet and skin photoage.
