肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6和白细胞介素-2受体与甲状腺肿瘤的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6和白细胞介素-2受体在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤患者外周血中表达水平的变化及与甲状腺癌分期之间的关系。方法:应用ELISA检测38例甲状腺癌和50例甲状腺腺瘤患者肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6和白细胞介素-2受体水平,并与50例健康志愿者对照。结果:甲状腺癌组外周血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6和白细胞介素-2受体水平明显高于甲状腺瘤组和对照组(P<0.01),且Ⅲ,Ⅳ期甲状腺癌患者表达水平明显高于Ⅰ,Ⅱ期患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:外周血肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6和白细胞介素-2受体表达水平与甲状腺癌的发生发展关系紧密,检测其表达水平对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断及判断预后有一定参考价值。Objective To explore the peripheral blood levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and slL-2R in hypothyroid benign tumors and hypothyroid cancer, and the correlation with the hypothyroid cancer staging. Methods Peripheral blood samples from 38 patients with hypothyroid cancer and 50 patients with hypothyroid benign tumor were detected with ELISA to evaluate the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and sIL-2R separately. Another 50 healthy volunteers were as controls. Results The levels of TNF-α, IL- 6 and slL-2R in hypothyroid cancer patients were significantly higher than those in hypothyroid benign tumor patients （P〈0. 01）, and were related to the pathology staging of hypothyroid cancer. The serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6, sIL-2R in stage Ⅲ and IV patients were obviously higher than those in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The peripheral blood levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and sIL-2R are closely related to the occurrence and development of hypothyroid cancer, and to detect their levels has value to the diagnosis and prognosis of hypothyroid tumors.
