53例EB病毒性脑膜炎临床分析

摘　　要：1995年7～9月潍坊地区儿童中曾发生一起病毒性脑膜炎流行,经脑脊液聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测证实由EB病毒引起。本组53例,临床症状较轻,预后佳,平均病程16.7天,经6～10个月随访未发现有神经系统后遗症。本文分析了流行病学、临床特点及脑脊液、血清学和PCR检查结果,并对其发病机理和顶后进行了探讨。An epidemic of EB viral meningitis diagnosed by PCR technique was involved in 53 children in the Wei-fang region of Shandong Province during July to Sept. ,1995. The course of the disease lasted 16. 7 days and clinical features appeared mild with a good prognosis in this patients. No neurological sequelae was observed in their follow up for 6 to 10 months. The epidemiological features,clinical findings and prognosis were summarized in the present article.
