摘　　要：设计性实验是培养学生综合能力和创新能力的一个重要手段。本文在有机化学实验中进行了设计性实验的探索。介绍了设计性实验的一般步骤、实施过程,并对学生进行的开设设计性实验的问卷调查表进行统计和分析。绝大多数同学在设计性实验中能力得到不同程度的提高,学生认同设计性实验,希望多开设设计性实验。Inquiry experiment is an important media to cultivate the undergraduates＇ comprehensive and creative capabilities. This paper describes the approach to the inquiry experiments of Experimental Organic Chemistry. The general procedures of inquiry experiment are introduced herein, and the statistics and analysis of a questionnaire targeted on the undergraduates attending the classes of inquiry experiment axe also made. Most of students have improved their capability through the inquiry experiments. They have shown their great interest in such experiments and hope to be offered more opportunities to attend the inquiry experiments.
