肝素钠联合磺胺嘧啶银软膏治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤面的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察肝素钠联合磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)软膏作为局部外用药对于深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的治疗效果。方法:随机选取深Ⅱ度烧伤为主的成年病人采取两种不同治疗方法:实验组创面外用肝素钠软膏及SD-Ag软膏治疗。对照组创面仅外用SD-Ag软膏治疗。结果:外用肝素钠SD-Ag软膏治疗组创面较单纯外用SD-Ag软膏治疗组在创面外观、即刻疼痛缓解率、创面改善方面、愈合时间和增生性瘢痕发生率方面有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组在创面感染率方面无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:肝素钠软膏与SD-Ag软膏联合应用治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面,功效互补,可作为安全有效的创面外敷用药物。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of heparin sodium combination with silver sulfadiazine （SD- Ag） in treating deep second degree burn. Methods： Patients with deep second degree burn were devided into two groups. The experimental group was treat with combining heparin sodium and SD - Ag, while the control group was treated with only SD - Ag. Results： Pain - relieved ratio, the scar degree after healing and healing time between two grorps were different significantly between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Treating the wound of deep second degree burn with the combination of heparin sodium and SD - Ag can relieve the pain of wound, prevent the wound from deepening, shorten the healing time and lighten the healing scar.
