摘 要:神经干细胞在脑内移植后可存活、迁移、分化,从而使受损的脑组织得到修复,神经干细胞在脑损伤修复的研究虽已取得较大进展,但仍存在许多问题,神经干细胞移植是通过分泌神经营养因子而增加有利于受损的脑神经细胞恢复的蛋白表达起作用,还是以其替代作用起主要作用尚不明确,本文介绍神经干细胞移植治疗脑损伤的实验和临床研究成果,探讨神经干细胞移植应用于临床存在的问题。Neural stem cells after transplantation could survive, migrate and differentiate in damaged brain tissues. Even though we have achieved much in NSC transplantation for brain injury, yet there are many problems to be resolved, whether neural stem cell transplantation played effects by secreting neurotrophic factors and increasing protein expression that could recover damaged brain neural cells, or by vicarious function had not been confirmed yet. We introduce the experiment and clinical effect of neural stem cell transplantation in the treatment of cerebral injury, and explore the clinical problems of neural stem cell transplantation.
