山东省栖霞市生态果业集群发展模式实践考察

摘　　要：通过对栖霞果业的实地考察,认为栖霞果业发展走的是一条生态集群化路子,与其它一般农业产业集群相比,其突出特点为:一是强调从横向和纵向2个层面来完善和指导果业的发展,包括横向生物链与纵向产业链两大链条的构建与培育;二是注重集群的组织建设,组建与完善了果业产业化协会。同时指出,栖霞果业发展也存在自身的劣势,面临许多威胁,并分别从政府、农户、企业的角度提出了加快生态果业集群建设的对策建议。By researching,the author think that the development of Qixia fruit industry is taking an eco-development cluster path,compare with other general agricultural industry cluster,its salient features are：First,from horizontal and vertical levels to improve and guide the fruit industry development,including horizontal and vertical chain s building and training;Second,emphasis the cluster-oriented organizations,format and perfect the fruit industrialization association.At the same time pointed out that the fruit industry development of Qixia city exist its own disadvantage, facing many threats, and separately from the government, farmers, enterprise view giving countermeasures and proposals which help to speed up the eco-fruit industry cluster development.
