摘　　要：对绿色公共投资项目微观效率进行研究,阐述了绿色公共投资微观效率评价的基本理论方法,并以四川天然林保护工程项目投资为案例,简析其微观效率。In This paper,the micro efficiency of China s green public investment project is studied.The basic theory and method of micro efficiency evaluation on green public investment are described.And taken the natural forest protection investment project in Sichuan as a case,its micro efficiency is analyzed.
