摘  要:目的:观察使用催醒宁、氨茶碱、胃复安或美解眠催醒全麻时人血浆β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平的变化。方法:40名全麻手术患者随机分成四组,手术结束时每组分别静注催醒宁、氨茶碱、胃复安或美解眠,采用放射免疫法测定用药前后患者血浆中β-EP含量。结果:上述药物在产生催醒作用的同时患者血浆β-EP水平也呈显著升高,其中催醒宁组升高68%,氨茶碱组63%,胃复安组52%,美解眠组46%(P<0.01)。Objective: To investigate the effects of “705”, aminophyline, metoclopramide or megimidum on the plasma β endorphine (β EP) during awakening the patients under general anesthesia. Method: Forty general anesthesia patients were divided randomly into four groups and administrated iv one of the four drugs at the end of operation. Plasma β endorphine was measured by RIA. Results: Plasma β EP levels were significantly increased by 68% (705 group), 63%(aminophyline),52%(metoclopramide)and 46%(megimidum)( P< 0 01). Conclusion: The reversal of general anesthesia status is closely correlated with both of excitation of the central cholinergic nerve system and the concentration of plasma β endorphine.
