团组织的现实困境与创新之路

摘　　要：当前,团组织尤其是中学团组织存在的困惑和问题主要表现:极易受到忽视、团干部力量不足配备、团组织建设缺乏经费等方面。这些困惑和问题的产生,既与中学团组织自身的建设不力相关,也与学校党政部门的支持引导不够以及社会支持合力尚未完全形成相连。现实困境下中学团组织要实现创新发展,应着力做到:以团干部思想建设和能力建设为核心,逐渐完善团干部的培训、监督、考核和评价机制;以建设团结、和谐的中学团组织为目标,通过和谐团组织建设不断繁荣校园文化、推进校园和谐;着力处理好团组织与其他各方的关系,构建特色鲜明、务实创新的团组织。On the current occasion, the league organization , especially in the secondary school organization , the frustration and problems mainly represent： apt to be ignored, inadequacy in league cadre assignment, fund shortage in organization construction. The occurrence of such frustration and problem concerning with dilemma in secondary school＇ s league construction , also involves with inadequate support from the school＇ s Party and administrators＇ instruction. To realize innovation and development under current dilemma, great priority should be given to the construction of league cadre＇ s ideological and competency , gradually improving those cadres＇ training, supervisory, examining and appraisal system ; Consolidating the target of establishing unity and harmonious league organization to prosper campus culture and promote campus harmony;Endeavorlng to tact with the league organization＇ s relationship with other aspects to construct distinct and innovative league organization.
