摘 要:针对某小口径火炮内膛结构及装药结构,建立了经典内弹道模型及圆柱轴对称传热模型。该模型考虑了对外界传热以及金属药筒对内膛热积累的影响,将药筒假设为药室内壁的一部分,每次装填时将药筒部分的温度设为环境温度。通过选择合理的计算方法,编制了计算程序,对某小口径火炮单发、多发连续射击进行了计算,预测了射速与药室内壁温度变化的关系,并分析了多发连续射击后出现弹药较长时间留膛现象时的安全性。所建立的计算模型及编制的计算程序对该火炮射击热安全分析有一定参考意义。According to in-bore structure and charge structure of a type of small calibre gun, classical interior ballistic model and heat transfer model of cylinder axisymmetric were established. In the model, the heat transfer that had effect on external and the effect of metal cartridge case on thermal accumulation inner bore were considered. Cartridge case was assumed to be a part of powder chamber inner wall, and the temperature of cartridge was set to environment temperature while each round was loading. By choosing reasonable calculation method, computation program was worked out, thermal analysis calculation of single fire and multiple continuous fire of a type of small calibre gun were developed, the relation of firing rate and temperature change of the chamber inner wall were predicted, and the security of ammunition stayed in bore for a long time was analyzed after multiple continuous fire. The calculation model and calculation program developed in this paper have a certain significance for thermal safety analysis of gun fire.
