摘 要:通过采取优化调整电池配方、电极集流方式、电池电化学设计,以及改进电池结构和电池模组结构等措施,有效降低MH-Ni电池欧姆内阻、极化内阻和电池内压,提高了电池的高温充电接受能力、荷电保持能力和比功率。实验结果表明:新开发的45.6 V 90 Ah MH-Ni电池电源系统性能可以满足自动引导车(AGV)对电池比能量和比功率、安全性和可靠性的要求。By optimizing the battery formula and current-collecting structure, improving the battery design,battery structure and battery module structure, the ohm resistance, polarization internal resistance and internal pressure of the 90 Ah Ni-MH battery were reduced effectively. And the high-temperature charge acceptance ability, charge-retaining ability and specific power of this Ni-MH battery were improved. The test results showed that, the developed 45.6 V/90 Ah Ni-MH battery had the characteristics of high specific-power, high specific-energy and reliability,and could meet the requests of automatic guided vehicle(AGV).
