摘 要:为了使碱性硼氢化钠溶液催化水解析氢,比较了用硝酸镍和硝酸钴与碱性硼氢化钠溶液反应制取的催化剂的催化效果,发现用硝酸钴制取的催化剂催化效果较好,通过XRF测定其主要成分为钴。并从聚四氟乙烯含量、硼氢化钠浓度、温度等方面研究了此催化剂的催化性能,发现使用此催化剂析氢速率和氢气产率均较高,有着良好的催化效果。For the purpose of hydrogen production from sodium borohydride in alkaline solution, the catalytic activity of two catalysts produced by nickel nitrate and cobalt nitrate reacting with sodium borohydride in alkaline solution was compared. It was found that the catalyst produced by cobalt nitrate had good catalytic activity, the XRF experiment showed that its main composition was cobalt. The catalytic activity of the catalyst was studied from the aspects of the content of PTFE, the concentration of sodium borohydride and temperature. The experimental results showed that the catalyst made by this method has good rate and volume of producing hydrogen, it had good catalytic activity.
