摘　　要：大学是社会创新的动力源,是服务于建设和谐社会和创新型国家的组织机构。要完成现代大学的神圣使命和历史职责,需要汲取大学创新文化的基因,探讨大学创新文化冲突成因,并努力尝试实施大学创新文化战略,从而构建真正的大学创新文化。University is the resources of innovation in the society and the social structure that leads harmonious socialism society and innovative country. Denotative development can t accomplish the sacred mission which innovative country bestows modern university. University must draw innovative culture gene, probe into the cause of culture clash, try to implement the strategy of innovative culture, and build up real university innovative culture.
