摘　　要：分析了地下商业建筑由于其自身的特点,在防火和安全疏散方面存在的不利因素,提出了地下商业建筑防火与安全疏散设计的目标和原则.In this paper,the unfavorable factors in fire prevention and safe evacuation for underground commercial buildings are analyzed. The target and principle of fire prevention and safe evacuation in underground commercial buildings are presented.
