摘  要:目的:研究局部湿热联合微波消融对乳腺癌荷瘤小鼠脾细胞中T淋巴细胞的比例和功能的影响,并探讨其意义。方法:建立小鼠乳腺癌实验动物模型;用FACS检测局部湿热联合微波消融处理后荷瘤小鼠脾细胞中T细胞及其CD4亚群和CD8亚群的比例变化;体外增殖实验观察脾细胞中T淋巴细胞增殖功能;FACS检测T淋巴细胞IFN-γ的表达水平。结果:局部湿热联合微波消融处理组荷瘤小鼠脾细胞中T淋巴细胞的比例明显增高(P<0.05),其中CD4+T细胞比例变化最显著,并且T淋巴细胞的增殖能力和IFN-γ的表达也明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:局部湿热联合微波消融术可以较单一热疗方法更有效的抑制肿瘤生长。Objective:To investigate the effects of local wet hyperthermia combined with microwave ablation on the proportion of T cells in animal model of mouse mammary carcinoma and to explore its significance.Methods:An experimental animal model of mouse mammary carcinoma was established and then treated with local wet hyperthermia combined with microwave ablation.The proportion of T cells,as well as the CD4 and CD8 subset of T cells,of tumor bearing mice was detected by FACS.Moreover,the proliferation and IFN-γ secretion, was higher than those of control groups (P 〈 0 05 ) . Conclusions: local wet hyperthermia combined with were more effective than single local wet hyperthermia or microwave ablation on the tumor be closely related to the increased proportion and enhanced function of T ceils. microwave ablation growth, which may be closely related to the increased proportion and enhanced function of T cells.
