摘　　要：近几年,我国的社区护理事业正处于迅速发展期,但与发达国家相比,我国的社区护理尚在萌芽阶段。社区护理资源严重不足,仅停留在低水平、低层次的简单的护理操作,现行培育与管理体制不够完善。本文在分析我国社区护理现状的基础上,指出社区护理人员的本身素质及现行社区医疗存在的问题,并就社区护理工作制度化与规范化、社区护理服务的多元化,提出了相应的对策。The China community service is developing rapidly over years. However, compared with the developed countries, our community nurses are not mature enough, still in its baby age. The existing resources of community nurses are especially deficient, which causes that the recent community nurses stay in a low level, unsatisfied arrangement, and simple operationstage. What＇s more, the current managing and cultivating systems are also incomplete. This article points out a series of problems of the personnel quality as well as the current medical treatment, based on an analysis of the actual community nurses situation. In response, it provides some meaningful ways for solving those problems, including the institutionalization and normalization of the community work, plus, making the service diversified.
