摘  要:目的:观察家猪感染从江牛带绦虫后血清细胞因子IL-4和IL-10含量的变化,从细胞因子角度探讨抗从江牛带绦虫感染免疫应答的机制。方法:用从江牛带绦虫虫卵直接灌胃20 d龄健康乳猪5头,并以健康乳猪5头作对比,于感染后第7、15、45和60天,定期抽取家猪耳缘静脉血,常规分离血清。用ELISA试剂盒检测血清细胞因子IL-4和IL-10含量。结果:正常组血清IL-4和IL-10含量在感染不同时期基本处于稳定水平;实验组血清IL-4和IL-10含量在感染第7天开始上升,第15天最高,第45天含量与正常组相当,第60天再次上升;与正常组相比,实验组血清IL-4和IL-10含量在第7、15、和60天时显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:家猪感染从江牛带绦虫不同时期血清IL-4和IL-10含量变化较大。第7和第15天血清出现高水平IL-4和IL-10,提示体液免疫在抗从江牛带绦虫早期感染中发挥着重要作用;第45天,IL-4和IL-10含量与正常组相比,提示从江牛带绦虫感染家猪中期体液免疫应答变化不大;第60天,高含量的IL-4和IL-10,可能是囊尾蚴诱导肝纤维化形成的重要因素。Objective: To detect chanism of immune response of domestic pigs against Taenia Saginata asiatica infection through oberserving change of serum IL -4 and IL - 10 in domestic pigs experientially infected with Taenai Saginata asiatica. Methods: Five healthy pigs were fed with eggs of Taenai Saginata asiatica, and reared isolately in animal center, to establish Taenai Saginata asiatica infection model , and normal con- trois. Vein blood of pigs were adopted at day 7, 15, 45and 60 after infection and collected serum. Serum IL - 4 and IL - 10 were detected by ELISA Results: The level of serum IL -4 and IL - 10 of normal group mainmined relatively be stable through out the experiment. The serum IL -4 and IL - 10 level of infection group began to rise at day 7 , the highest at day 15, and increasing again. Compared with the normal group , infected group IL -4 and IL - 10 showed a great increase at day 7 and day 60. Conclusion: Serum IL -4 and IL - 10 level showed biphasic difference among difference infection stage. High level of Sera IL -4 and IL - 10 at ear- ly infected stage suggested that immune response was very important role against Taenia Saginata asiatica at early infected stage. Constant level of IL -4and IL - 10 at day suggested that immune response - associated antigen deceased. IL -4 and IL - 10 might be one important factor in induced liver fibrous in late infection stage.
