28 Cases Clinical Research of Dermis Lung Biopsy Diagnosis of Lung Peripheral and Proliferating Pathological Change

摘　　要：目的探讨采用活检枪经皮肺活检诊断肺周边及弥漫性病变的临床价值,方法选取经胸部CT检查发现肺部孤立性病灶及两肺弥漫性病灶的病例28例。在CT引导下,常规消毒、麻醉,应用活检枪快速、准确地获得组织标本。结果本组28例,其中27例经活检枪检测获得阳性结果,阳性率96.42%。结论对肺周边及弥漫性病变行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检,是明确诊断的有效方法。Objective To discuss the diagnosis the clinical value of lung peripheral and the proliferating pathological change by using the biopsy gun after the skin lung biopsy. Methods Select 28 cases of isolatism focus of infection and two lung proliferating focus of infection after the chest CT inspection from 2006 to 2007. The mean age of 28 patients （22 males and 6 females） was （50 ＋ 18） years. Under the CT guidance, make the conventional disinfection, the anaesthesia, and obtain fast the the organization specimen with preparation by using the biopsy gun. Results 27 examples of the group obtain the the masculine result after the biopsy gun examination, the masculine rate is 96.42 %. Conclusion It is the effective method of clear diagnosis to make the skin lung puncture biopsy of lung peripheral and under proliferating pathological change under the CT guidance
