摘　　要：作为第六届国际矿业科学与技术大会分会场之一,采矿安全法律与政策国际研讨会紧紧围绕着矿业安全规制问题,从法律与政策架构、刑事治理、行政监管执法等宏观角度进行了广泛的中外比较研究,并在矿工职业病防治制度、矿工工伤保险救济制度、矿工工会的角色与作用等具体问题上展开了非常热烈的讨论。会议代表们经过讨论,最后在许多问题上达成了共识。本次会议突出了多元、合作、思辨的学术态度,创设了中国矿山安全法律与政策研究的国际交流合作新平台,对于我国矿山安全的法治化进程意义重大。As one of the branch venues of The 6th International Conference on Mining Science Technology（ICMST）,through comparative study between China and foreign countries,the international forum on China Mining Safety Law Policy focuses on the key point of mining safety regulations with heated discussions not only on the macroscopic topics of the framework,criminal governance,administrative system,etc.but also on the microscopic topics of prevention system of miners occupational diseases and compensation system,the role and function of miners＇ union,etc.After lively discussions,the participants reached consensuses on many issues.This forum,which established a new international cooperation and communication platform for the study of mining safety law policy,highlights the academic thoughts of pluralism,cooperation,reflection and contention and is of great siguificamce to the legalization process of mining safety in China.
