摘 要:在25℃0、.1 mol/LCH3COONa-0.2 mol/LCH3COOH溶液作为溶剂的条件下,通过常规外推法测定脱乙酰度为98%的壳聚糖粘度值,并采用三种不同的一点法经验公式分析壳聚糖特性粘度值的偏差,同时进行了比较分析.实验结果表明:采用一点法公式[]η=(sηp+3lnηr)/4C计算所得的脱乙酰度为98%的壳聚糖特性粘度值的偏差值最小,从而得出一点法[]η=(sηp+3lnrη)/4C公式应用在常规外推法中更能准确的测定脱乙酰度为98%的壳聚糖的特性粘度值.The intrinsic viscosity of chitosan with 98% degree of deacetylation has been determined by routine extrapolation method under conditions of 25 ℃, 0.1 mol/LCH3COONa-0.2 mol/LCH3COOH as solvent. Three different one-point empirical equations were used to analyze the deviation of the intrinsic viscosity of chitosan,then a comparative analysis was made. The results show that the deviation between the intrinsic viscosity of chitosan with 98 % degree of deacetylation calculated by the one-point empirical equation [η] = (ηsp +31n ηr)/4C is the smallest of all, so this empirical equation is suitable for highly accurate determing of the intrinsie viscosity of chitosan with 98% degree of deacetylation.
