城市化背景下流动人口社会融合问题分析

摘　　要：由于社会制度、社会关系、文化及个人等原因,流动人口(主要是农民工)在城市中存在着就业机会不平等、居住隔离、交往狭窄及社会保障待遇不公平等难以融入城市社会的问题。应该加强政策支持和合理安排制度,扩展社会网络、增强社区归属感,营造良好社会氛围,努力提高流动人口的自身适应能力,促进流动人口的社会融合。Owing to social, cultural and personal reasons, mobile population, mostly immigrant workers, are confronted with many social problems including unequal opportunities for employment, isolated living, a narrow circle of social relations, unfair treatment in social insurance and difficult social integration, etc. Therefore, relevant policies should be made and implemented to expand their social network, strengthen their awareness of belongingness to communities, help adapt to the new environment in order to accelerate social integration of the mobile population.
