摘 要:目的:观察AF系统经椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用AF系统内经椎弓根固定治疗胸腰椎骨折病人40例。结果:术后40例患者随访时间为3~24个月,平均10个月,脊柱序列恢复良好35例,占87.5%,好转4例,占10%;伴脊髓损伤21例,15例不全瘫完全恢复功能,4例不全瘫部分恢复功能,2例全瘫未恢复功能,好转率90.4%。结论:AF系统经椎弓根内固定可使伤椎复位满意,固定牢固,并能达到有效的脊髓减压。Objective: To observe the results of AF instrumentation for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Method: 40 cases of thoracolumbar fracture were treated with AF instrumentation. Results: The postoperative follow-up was from 3 to 24 months with an average of 10 months. Among the 40 cases, 35 cases with spinal column injury recovered well, accounting for 87.5%, while 4 examples improved, accounting for 10%. Among the 21 cases of thoracolumbar fracture with spinal cord injury, 15 cases with incomplete paralysis restored the function completely, and 2 cases with complete paralysis did not recover. Conclusion: AF instrumentation could achieve anatomical reduction and reliable fixation of fractured vertebrae, and effective decompression of spinal cord.
