摘　　要：目的:研究白细胞介素-6受体(interleukin-6 receptor,IL-6R)在大鼠小脑顶核上的表达。方法:使用免疫组化、Western blot及RT-PCR的方法,分别从细胞、蛋白和基因水平检测IL-6R在大鼠小脑顶核的表达。结果:(1)免疫组化结果提示,小脑顶核上存在大量的IL-6R免疫反应阳性细胞;(2)Western blot显示在80kD处有一条清晰的条带;(3)RT-PCR显示,365bp位置可见一清晰条带。以上结果提示IL-6R在小脑顶核细胞上有表达。结论:IL-6可能在小脑顶核内具有重要的作用。Objective： To find interleukin-6 receprot （interleukin-6 recepror, IL-6R） in ratcerebellar fastigial nuceleus on whether there is expression. Methods：This study used immunohistochemistry, Western blot and RT-PCR methods, respectively, from the cells, protein and gene levels of detection of IL-6R in the rat cerebellar fastigial nucleus expression. Results： （1）Immunohistochemical results suggest that cerebellar fastigial nucelesus on the existence of a large number of IL-6R immunoreactive cells; （2）Western blot displayedin the 80 kD department has a clear bands;（3） RT-PCR showed, on the position of 365bp shows a clear bands. Conclusion： IL-6R expressed in cerebellar fastigial nucleus; IL-6 may be revealed in the cerebellar fastigial nucleus that plays an important role.
