开胃消食口服液药效学实验研究

摘　　要：本文研究中药复方—开胃消食口服液的药效，阳性对照药物为吗丁啉，实验结果表明：⑴本品能明显促进大白鼠胃液分泌和提高胃液中游离酸、总酸及胃蛋白酶含量（Ｐ＜００５～００１）；⑵有明显促进小鼠肠推进作用（Ｐ＜００５～００１）；⑶对豚鼠离体肠管收缩有明显增强作用（Ｐ＜００５）；⑷说明开胃消食口服液的开胃、消食功能与吗丁啉相当，有增强受试小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。The pharmacodynamics experiments for the Chinese materia medica-Kaiwei Xiaoshi oral liquor were made and the results showed that the level of gastric secretion and the amount of free acid,total acid and gastric protease were increased in the rats,the intestinal propellant function was improved in the mice,the contracting function of isolated intestine of guinea pig was strengthened and the cellular and humoral immune function of the mice were enhanced.The differences were significant(P<0 05～0 01).It sagysts that the promoting digestive action of Kaiwei Xiaoshi oral liquor was equal to that of the positive control drug-madinline.
