摘 要:介绍了一种用于接触式分段板形仪的板形检测信号处理方法及处理流程.用该方法处理板形检测信号不需要计算带钢在板形仪上形成的包角.该法编制成程序后,作为一个模块被应用在一台可逆冷轧机的板形控制系统中.轧机投入运行后,生产稳定,并取得了良好的板形控制效果,平均板形偏差控制在5 I以下,表明该方法是稳定、有效的,可以用于工业生产.A processing method for the measured flatness signal of a segmented contact stressometer, as well as the processing flow, was introduced in this paper. It was unnecessary to calculate the wrap angle, when the method was employed to process the measured value. The method was programmed and apphed in the on-line flatness control system of a reverse cold mill as a module. Stable production and good rolled strip flatness were obtained after the mill came into service; the average flatness deviation of rolled strip was below 5 I. It was proved that the method was stable, effective and competent for on-line industrial application.
