摘  要:采用激光熔覆法,在20#钢表面制备出添Y2O3的镍基合金粉末的熔覆涂层.分析了熔覆层的相组成、高温耐磨性能;观察了熔覆层显微形貌.结果表明:所制得的熔覆层组织均一、致密,与基体形成了良好的冶金结合.添加Y2O3的熔覆层硬度提高到基体的3.9倍,高温耐磨率仅是基体的1/4.熔覆层耐磨能力增强的主要原因是熔覆层与基体良好的冶金结合,镍基合金良好性能,组织细化以及硼化物、硼碳化物等析出相的强化作用.Ni-based alloy laser cladding layer was made on surface of 20 steel specimens using Ni-based Y2O3 added powder. Phase constituents, high temperature abrasive-wear behavior, surface morphologies after abrasive-wearing experiment of the cladding layer was investigated. The results show that micro-hardness of laser cladding layer was 3.9 times of 20 steel. High temperature abrasive-wearing resistance was 1/4 of the steel. The improvement in high temperature abrasive-wearing resistance of the layer was due to the metallurgical bonding, good properties of Ni based alloy, microstructure refining and strengthening effects of borides and boron-carbides precipitated phases.
