摘 要:以工业废弃物煤矸石为主要原料配合使用多种地产矿物原料,在CaO—MgO—Al2O3-SiO2四元系基础上设计并优化了低温一次快烧琉璃瓦坯体配方,使用XRD与SEM等技术测试了原料的化学及矿物组成和坯体的微观结构.使用DSC技术进行分析并确定其烧成制度.结果表明:最终优选的坯体经1170℃烧成60~70min后产品吸水率达到0.22%,抗折强度为43MPa,各项性能指标均达到JC709—1998《烧结瓦》国家标准和JC/T665—1997《瓷质砖》国家标准,产品坯质致密,主晶相为石英、钙长石与莫来石.A low temperature fast single - firing body for glazed roof tile was prepared using coal gangue and local mixed mineral materials as raw materials. The optimum composition of the body formula was determined based on CaO -MgO -AlO3 -SiO2 quaternary system. The chemical and mineralogical compositions of the raw materials and microstructures of sintered bodies were analyzed by XRD and SEM , respectively. The sintering process was optimized by means of DSC technique. The product with 0. 22% for water - absorbing capacity amid 43 MPa for bending strength was obtained sintered at 1 170 ℃ for 60 -70 min , which satisfied with both the national standards of JC 709 - 1998 and JC/T 665 - 1997. The quartz, anorthite and mullite were identified as the main crystalline phases in the dense product.
