中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察莫家清宁丸等合强的松复合液局封治疗口腔扁平谷鲜（DLP）的疗效。方法：46例治疗组采用以上方法治疗，20例对照用磷酸氯喹片及左旋咪唑等治疗。结果：治疗组短期内能有效改善临床症状与体征，两组间的疗效及复发率比较疗差异均有显著性意义。结论：治疗组治疗方案具有见效快，疗程短，标本兼治等优点。Exploring clinical effectiveness of integrating Traditional and Western Medicine in thetreatment of Oral Lichen planus. Methods: 66 patients were divided randomly into 2 groups: 46 patients treated with Traditional and Western Medicine. 20 control group treated with conventionalWestern drugs. The ratio of successful cures and ratio of relapses after one year were compared andanalyzed. Results: Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine could relieve Oral Lichen Planussuccessfully. The ratio of cure and ratio of relapses after one year were remarkably better in thetest group 1 ) than in the control group 2) with P<0.01. Conclusion:The described integration oftraditional and Westers Medicine has a sound effect in being rapidly successful. Shorter healing process and lower relapse rate.
