摘 要:目的:探讨CT透视的优点及其在介入放射学中的应用。材料与方法:在CT透视引导下对24例胸、腹和骨骼病变做了经皮针穿活检或经皮针穿注药治疗。其中胸内病变11例,腹内病变9例,骨骼主要是脊椎病变4例。结果:经皮针穿活检19例次,阳性率100%,准确率为95%。经皮注药治疗7例次,椎体成形术1例,均在CT透视导引下取得良好效果。结论:CT透视提供了实时的三维定位图像,使非血管介入操作的准确性及效率明显提高。本文并对CT透视的其他优缺点进行了讨论。Purpose: To investigate the advantages and the applications of CT fluoroscopy. Materials and methods: 24 cases of percutaneous biopsies or percutaneous infusion therapies of thoracic, abdominal and bone diseases were perfrmed under the guidance of CT fluoroscopy. In these cases, there are 11 cases of thoracic, 9 cases of abdominal and 4 cases of bone disease. Results: All of 19 biopsies were successful. The positive rate were 100 % and accuracy were 95 %. Seven percutaneous infusion therapy and 1 vertebroplasty were successful under the guidance of CT fluoroscopy. Conclusion: CT fluoroscopy can exhibit the realtime 3D imaging and increase the accuracy and efficiency of the percutaneous interventional procedures obviously.
