尿5-羟吲哚乙酸作为接触锰工人生物监测指标的研究

摘　　要：通过对锰作业工人尿５－羟吲哚乙酸（尿５－ＨＩＡＡ）含量测定与空气锰、尿锰、工龄之间的比较研究，结果显示：锰作业工人尿５－ＨＩＡＡ与对照组之间有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；尿５－ＨＩＡＡ与空气中锰浓度呈明显负相关（ｒ＝－０．７３３）；尿５－ＨＩＡＡ与尿中锰呈负相关（ｒ＝－０．３０１）。To investigate the significance of urine 5-HIAA as biological monitoring index,the content of 5-HIAA in the urine of workers exposed to manganese is determined and compared with the content of air manganese and urine manganese.The relationship of 5-HIAA with the lengths of service of the workers is also investigated.The results show that there is a significant difference in urine 5-HIAA between the workers exposed to manganese and the control group (P<0 05) The content of urine 5-HIAA is negatively correlated to the level of air manganese (r=-0.733)and to the content of urine manganese(r=-0.301).However,there is no correlation between urine 5-HIAA and the length ofservice of the workers.
