先天缺牙的种植:辅以正畸治疗的方案和临床应用

摘　　要：目的:通过辅以正畸治疗的牙种植修复解决先天缺牙患者的美观和功能。方法:采用正畸的方法将先天缺牙的间隙集中,之后在矫正后的间隙植入CDIC牙种植体,即刻或延期修复,使患者恢复正常咀嚼功能和美观。结果:自2002-2008年,5例先天恒牙缺失患者通过辅以正畸治疗的种植修复技术的治疗,通过最短2年的追踪随访,患者不但恢复了正常的咀嚼功能并获得了较好的美观效果。结论:对于先天缺牙患者采用辅以正畸的牙种植技术的修复治疗可以获得更佳的治疗效果。所有患者对治疗结果都比较满意。Aim： To solve the aesthetic and function of patients who suffered congenitally missing teeth using the methods of dental implant with the aid of orthodontics.Methods：After the dispersed space was centralized by the means of orthodontics, the CDIC implants were implanted. After the crowns were rehabilitated immediately or delayed, the chewing function and aesthetics of the patients were accomplished. Results： Since 2002 to 2008, 5 patients of congenitally missing teeth were treated by the dental implant with the aid of orthodontics. At least 2 years follow-up, all the patients obtained perfect chewing function and aesthetics. Conclusion： The prefect effects of treatment could be obtained to solve congenitally missing teeth using the methods of dental implant with the aid of orthodontics. All the patients were satisfied with the results of the treatment.
