摘　　要：内脏痛（visceral pain）及痛过敏是临床上常见的一种疼痛现象，而且常伴有情绪反应和防御反应，主要由消化道疾病引起，临床表现具有多源性、多样性等特点。本文对2008年9月在苏格兰格拉斯哥市（Glasgow）举行的第12届世界疼痛大会报道的有关内脏痛的内容综述如下。Visceral pain or visceral hyperalgesia,which is mostly induced by the gastrointesti nal tract disease,is a common clinical pain,and usually accompanied with the response of emotion and defense. Its clinical manifestation is characterized by multi-sources, diversity. Based on the proceed ings of the 12th congress on pain in Glasgow Scotland,in September 2008,this article summarizes the progress of research and treatment of visceral pain.
