功能性鼻内镜手术与鼻内镜下双径路手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的比较

摘　　要：目的比较功能性鼻内镜手术与鼻内镜下双径路手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的疗效及特点。方法30例真菌性上颌窦炎行功能性鼻内镜手术治疗,12例行鼻内镜下双径路手术(加行唇龈切口)。结果42例患者全部治愈,无明显并发症,3、6个月复查均无复发。结论鼻内镜下双径路手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎与功能性鼻内镜手术相比,疗效相同,不增加并发症且操作简便。Objective To compare the treatment effect on fungal maxillary sinusitis by simple endoscopic sinus surgery and endoscopy by dual approaches （ Caldwel-Luc type and natural ostium of maxillary sinus ）. Method Thirty cases were operated on by functional endoscopic sinus surgery and twelve cases were operated on by dual approaches under endoscopic sinus. Result All cases were cured without noticeable complications in a follow-up of three to six months. Conclusion Dual approaches under endoscopy can achieve satisfactory effects without more complications .
