摘 要:利用TG-DTG热分析技术对煤、生物质以及生物质型煤的燃烧过程进行分析,研究了不同生物质及添加比例对型煤燃烧特性的影响.结果表明:生物质燃烧的DTG曲线有2个明显的失重峰,第1个失重峰是挥发分燃烧峰,第2个失重峰是固定碳燃烧峰;生物质型煤燃烧过程是生物质和煤燃烧过程的综合,也显示双峰特征,且生物质可以改善型煤的燃烧特性,随着生物质添加量增加,其型煤的着火温度、燃尽温度随之降低,着火特性指数、综合燃烧特性指数随之提高,从而改善型煤的燃烧性能.The TG-DTG thermal analysis technology was applied to analyze the combustion process of the coal,biomass and bio-briquettes,and the influence of biomass kinds and addition ratio to the combustion characteristic of briquettes were also studied.The results show that the biomass burning DTG curve has two distinct weightlessness peaks,the first one is volatile combustion peak,and the other is fixed carbon combustion peak.The combustion process of bio-briquettes is the synthesis of the biomass and coal combustion,and also has two peaks.Biomass can improve the combustion characteristics of briquette.With the increase of the biomass addition,the ignition and burnout temperature of bio-briquettes is decreased,while the ignition characteristic and combustion characteristic parameters of bio-briquettes is increased,and the combustion performances of briquettes are improved.
