摘 要:目的:研究炮制对金银花化学成分的影响,为更深入研究该药炮制机理提供实验依据。方法:制备金银花炒黄品、烘制品,采用HPLC-DAD方法以绿原酸为指标性成分,通过指纹图谱对比对生品和炮制品成分进行分析比较。结果:金银花生品炒黄后,大部分成分溶出率增加;而金银花生品经烘制品后,大部分化学成分含量降低,少数化合物含量升高。结论:炮制对金银花的化学成分影响较大,可为找到抗菌活性最强的成分提供实验线索。Objective: To Study on the effect of processing on the chemical constituents of Flos Lonicerae japonicae in order to provide a proof for research on the mechanism of processing Flos Lonicerae Japonicae.Methods: The processed products of Flos Lonicerae japonicae were prepared,and the fingerprint chromatograms of crude and processed Flos Lonicerae Japonicae were compared by HPLC-DAD.Results: Compared with crude drugs,the compositions in stir-heating drugs had the higher dissolution rate,and the most of compositions in baking drugs had lower dissolution rate,even disappeared,and some of compositions had obviously higher dissolution rate.Conclusion: Processing has great influence on the chemical constituents of Flos Lonicerae japonicae,and it provides a key for figuring out chemical compositions with better antibacterial activity in baking drugs.
